Arteev Labs Inc. (“Arteev Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects user privacy and is committed to building wellness software with clear consent, limited data collection, and responsible data handling. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, use our mobile applications, or communicate with us.

1. Our Privacy Approach

We do not collect personal information unless we clearly ask for it or you intentionally provide it. Where our app requests access to Apple HealthKit or other device-based wellness data, access is optional and requires your explicit permission through the operating system consent flow.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the product features you choose to use, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

  • Contact information: such as your email address if you contact us or create an account.
  • Account information: such as login credentials, user ID, subscription status, and app preferences, if accounts are supported.
  • Wellness data you authorize: such as Apple HealthKit data, only after you grant permission in the app.
  • App usage and technical data: such as device type, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and general feature usage, where reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.
  • Subscription information: such as subscription status, product entitlement, renewal state, and purchase metadata provided by our subscription management provider.

3. Apple HealthKit and Wellness Data

Our products may request access to selected Apple HealthKit data to provide wellness pattern intelligence features. HealthKit access is always permission-based. You may grant, deny, or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device settings.

We use authorized HealthKit data only to provide user-facing wellness pattern features inside the app. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or unrelated profiling. We do not sell HealthKit data. We do not use HealthKit data to make medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

4. Wellness, Not Medical Advice

Our products are intended for general wellness awareness, habit reflection, and personal pattern discovery. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease, condition, or injury. Information shown in our products should not be treated as medical advice. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or health concerns.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, operate, personalize, and improve our website and mobile applications.
  • Generate wellness pattern insights requested by the user.
  • Maintain account, subscription, and entitlement functionality.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide user support.
  • Debug, secure, and improve app performance.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and platform requirements.

6. Subscriptions and RevenueCat

If we offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, we may use RevenueCat or similar subscription infrastructure providers to manage subscription status, entitlements, renewals, and related purchase metadata. Payment processing itself is typically handled by the applicable app store or payment platform. We do not receive full payment card details from app store purchases.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the app, manage subscriptions, provide analytics or diagnostics, host infrastructure, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations. These providers are expected to process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users may request deletion of their account information through in-app settings or by contacting us at hello@arteev.co. Deletion may be subject to legal, security, and operational retention requirements.

9. Your Choices and Controls

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it. You may revoke HealthKit permissions through Apple device settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no online service or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 14 (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age without verifiable parental or guardian consent where required by law.

12. International Data Processing

Arteev Labs Inc. is based in the Republic of Korea. Information may be processed in Korea and in other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ depending on the jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means the revised policy applies from the effective date shown.
