Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, software, features, and services provided by Arteev Labs Inc. (“Arteev Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Arteev Labs Inc. is a mobile software development studio based in the Republic of Korea. Our products may include wellness pattern intelligence features designed to help users understand personal wellness patterns.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Wellness Information Only

Our services are intended for general wellness awareness, habit reflection, and personal pattern discovery. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. The services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease, condition, injury, or medical issue.

You should not rely on our services as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical concern, emergency, symptom, or health-related question, consult a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service provider.

4. User Consent and HealthKit Data

Some features may request access to Apple HealthKit or similar device-based wellness data sources. Access to such data is optional and requires your explicit permission. You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions and deciding whether to grant access.

You may revoke HealthKit permissions through your device settings. Some features may become unavailable or less accurate if you do not grant or later revoke access to relevant data.

5. Accounts

Some services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update information if it changes.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Billing

We may offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features. Subscription availability, pricing, trial periods, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refunds may depend on the app store, payment platform, region, and product terms shown at the time of purchase.

We may use RevenueCat or similar subscription infrastructure providers to manage subscription entitlements and purchase status. Payment processing is typically handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. You are responsible for managing cancellations through the platform where you purchased the subscription unless we provide another cancellation method.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable once charged. Free trials, promotional offers, and discounts may be modified or discontinued at any time.

If you submit content, feedback, settings, or other data to the services, you grant us the limited right to use it as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services. You remain responsible for the content and information you provide.

The services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Arteev Labs Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from our services unless we expressly allow it.

Our services may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including app stores, subscription infrastructure providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, cloud hosting services, and operating system frameworks such as Apple HealthKit. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, downtime, or platform decisions.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services at any time. We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arteev Labs Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arteev Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arteev Labs Inc. from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or other users, or used the services unlawfully or abusively. You may stop using the services at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
